THINKWISE LLC provides AI automation, AI services, AI installation, website creation, software development, software consulting, and general consulting services. Every project is scoped and priced individually; the ranges shown on this site are estimates, and a specific project is only confirmed once both parties agree on price, deliverables, and timeline in writing.
Zoom consultations are billed per session at the price shown at booking. Payment is collected after the time is confirmed. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations may be billed in full.
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, clients own the final source code, content, and deliverables of a completed and fully paid project. THINKWISE retains no ownership claim over client data or client-owned systems.
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. THINKWISE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software or advice, to the maximum extent permitted by California law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
